Michael Mandarino associate

Michael practices in the areas of Labour Law and Professional Regulation/Discipline providing advocacy in grievance arbitrations and at professional Colleges for health care professionals. He is also a member of the firm's Construction Labour Law group. He has provided representation before the Ontario Labour Board and has assisted on construction lien matter for unions. As counsel, he has appeared before arbitrators, mediators and other administrative tribunals. He has also appeared as counsel at the trial and appellate level courts in Ontario. Michael joined Cavalluzzo as an Associate in 2013, after summering and articling with the firm. In 2012, he graduated from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Common Law. During law school Michael worked with the Independent Filmmakers Cooperative of Ottawa (IFCO) through the Pro Bono Students of Canada program and the University of Ottawa Eco-justice Environmental Legal Clinic. Michael is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
