In this regard, Garnet’s experience includes assisting Band owned / run organizations with economic development corporation set up, amalgamations, commercial fuel supply agreement negotiation, commercial land development, leasing, purchase and sale of fishing vessels and fishing licenses, commercial financing and secured transactions (both on and off reserve contexts) and Band governance.
