Alexander Koustov

Alex Koustov was called to the bar in 2009.  He has appeared in all levels of court in Alberta and Saskatchewan.  Alex also has a busy practice in the Northwest Territories.  His practice is focused on drug charges, sexual assault charges, and impaired driving cases.  He has extensive experience in bail hearings. 

Alex is well versed in Charter of Rights and Freedoms law.  Through careful research and written advocacy, he aims to have charges dropped by the Crown without the necessity of a trial where possible.  He has also been noted as a vigorous trial counsel litigating a wide spectrum of cases.
