Michelle Johal

Michelle Johal was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. After completing her Honour’s Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto she attended Queen’s Law School with its renowned criminal law program. She started her criminal law career in 2005 as an associate with a busy criminal law firm located next to the Scarborough courthouse. She worked in that capacity for seven years gaining considerable experience and appeared at all levels of court in Ontario. In 2011, she left the firm to start her own practice.
