Michael Giordano

Michael Giordano is a founding partner of Avanessy Giordano LLP. Prior to establishing his own practice, he was a partner of a prominent personal injury firm. He completed his law degree at the University of Ottawa. Prior to law school, Michael studied English and Law & Society at York University. From personal experience, Michael can empathize with those who are seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to the negligence of others and devotes his practice to helping families who have suffered such a loss. Michael Giordano and Aline Avanessy, each bring over a decade of experience to the firm specifically in Personal Injury Law. They both worked at large firms for many years prior to establishing their own. They experienced first-hand how large, high volume law firms lack client focussed care and set out to distinguish themselves from the typical approach. We realize that our clients are looking for more than just someone to file legal paperwork. Michael and Aline communicate directly with each client every step of the way. We understand that the litigation process for our clients is a long and unfamiliar road that forces them to constantly revisit a difficult experience. We believe that, as lawyers, we should travel that road with our clients as fierce advocates for their rights and realize that they rely on us to protect them. At the same time, we maintain a compassionate approach and are sensitive to the needs of our clients.
