Rohan Haté Partner

Rohan’s practice is committed to all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of his clients and their families who need guidance and support in navigating through the insurance claims process. Rohan also practices in insurance defence litigation and advises major insurers on all aspects of insurance claims, including Occupiers’ Liability, motor vehicle tort and accident benefits claims, and insurance coverage. Rohan has experience as well in class action litigation, wrongful dismissal and wills & estates. Rohan appears regularly at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on contested and prominent motions. He has conducted jury trials on behalf of his clients. He has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal.
