Robert S. Sheffman

I am a lawyer who was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1992 and have practiced in a wide variety of areas, including decades of practice in Canadian citizenship and immigration law. I've had the pleasure of working with people from around the world and have learned about many different cultures. Other practice areas have included business law, land use, construction, debtor-creditor, insolvency, contracts and infrastructure projects. As a mediator and workplace investigator I bring my decades of experience of being a lawyer and my experience as an adjudicator - of being a careful listener, an effective communicator, practical minded and persevering - to mediation and workplace investigation.
