Nicholas E. Burke

Nick is a partner in our Sydney office with a practice focused on civil litigation. He also has experience in criminal law, insurance and estate litigation. Nick joins McInnes Cooper from Lorway MacEachern McLeod Burke, where he articled before joining as an associate in 2016 and became a partner of the firm in 2020.  Nick has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
