Matthew Duffy

Matt has created a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on insurance litigation, defending life and disability claims, along with other types of claims. Matt was named to the 2021 edition of the Best Lawyers in Canada for Insurance Law and Corporate and Commercial Litigation. In 2007, Matthew wanted to return home and start a practice in Winnipeg and chose Pitblado Law because of its people, diverse practice areas, and its strong reputation within the legal community. Over the past 15 years, Matthew has created a broad litigation practice. His experiences include appearing regularly at all levels of Manitoba Courts and various administrative tribunals and mediations.
