Marty provides a full range of advice, counselling, trial and appeal services to corporations and individuals who are under investigation or who have been charged with all types of criminal and regulatory offences including white collar crimes, driving and transportation charges, tax evasion, assault and sexual assault, hunting and fishing offences. Marty also regularly provides trial and appeal services in estate litigation and civil disputes.
