Mark Rogers

Mark was called to the bar in April of 2003 after completing his articles at the Firm of Williams, Roebothan, McKay & Marshall. In 2004 he joined the firm Rogers Bussey Lawyers, being invited into the partnership in 2010. In 2014, he and Richard Rogers founded the firm Rogers & Associates and in 2015, went on to form Rogers Rogers Moyse. Mark has argued many cases at various levels of the court system, including the Provincial Court of Newfoundland, the Supreme Court General Division, the Court of Appeal, Federal Court Trial Division and the Federal Court of Appeal.
