Practising in commercial and civil litigation. Practice includes professional liability defence, personal injury, and a broad range of commercial litigation including construction, secured lender remedies, commercial lease disputes, class actions, collections, and shareholder disputes. Has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba and the Federal Court of Canada. Has also appeared before various administrative tribunals in Manitoba including the Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission, Residential Tenancies Commission, Land Value Appraisal Commission, and Manitoba Farm Products Marketing Council.
