Jim has practiced exclusively in the area of litigation for over 30 years, with extensive experience in a broad range of matters. Appointed Queen's Counsel in 2008, Jim is a founding lawyer of Wilson Laycraft. He has an active appellate practice. His current practice also focuses on representing individuals and corporations before various administrative tribunals. He also has an extensive administrative law practice before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
