J.S Patel

He graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree; and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, in Toronto, Ontario with his law degree. He was called to the Bars of Alberta, British Colombia and Ontario. In addition to conducting cases while employed with the prosecution service, Mr. Patel had opportunity teach classes at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (S.A.I.T) on behalf of a senior prosecutor. He also co-lectured classes at the University of New Brunswick, Faculty of Law in the field of Immigration Enforcement. Mr. Patel is currently an active member of the Law Society of Alberta and Ontario who focuses in Criminal and Immigration Enforcement Defence. Under the Inter-Provincial mobility agreement, Mr. Patel is permitted to practice in various jurisdictions throughout Canada on an interim basis.
