Carsten Jensen, Q.C. founding partner

Carsten Jensen commenced his legal career as an articling student with the Calgary office of a major national law firm. He practiced with that firm as an associate until 1995 at which point he left to become one of the founding partners of JSS Barristers. Carsten's practice focuses exclusively on civil litigation, with an emphasis on corporate and commercial litigation including commercial class actions, oil and gas disputes, shareholder disputes, complex multi-party litigation and arbitrations. Carsten has represented governments, airlines, major and independent oil and gas firms, and individuals, and he acts for the Alberta Lawyers Insurance Association in defence of professional negligence claims.
