William E. Foden, J.D.

Bill obtained his Juris Doctor designation from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1982, after attending the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto. He regularly participates in continuing legal education programs and has received a Certificate in French from Durham College. Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, Commercial Transactions, Wills and Estates are Bill’s practice areas. Bill has been active in the community as a coach, player and volunteer.
