Warren Jennings

Warren practices family law exclusively. He provides experienced and discrete legal advice to clients who seek a real solution to their problems instead of conflict and court litigation. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2002 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2009, Warren practices in Calgary, Victoria and points in between. After litigating in many levels of court including the Court of Appeal, Warren's practice has evolved into assisting clients with managing their separation so that they remain in control of the outcome and obtain a settlement focused on their individual needs. Warren's areas of interest include complicated financial scenarios such as those involving corporations, family trusts, tax issues and spousal support. He has successfully assisted many families reach discrete and practical settlement through negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
