Victor is the founder and principal lawyer of Martins Law, where he practices in the legal areas of residential real estate, commercial real estate, commercial leasing, wills and estates planning, and estate administration. Victor prides himself on working closely with each client to ensure that their best interests are alwavs upheld and that they are fully informed at all stages of their matter. Prior to founding Martins Law, Victor practiced at a leading, national law firm, where he developed his legal skills and experience, assisted countless clients of the firm, and worked closely with the senior partner of his practice group. Although he remains thankful for his time at the firm, Victor eventually left to pursue his lifelong goal of opening his own law office. Victor obtained his Juris Doctor law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class, and won the prizes for first year tort law, as well as upper year administrative law. During his time at Osgoode, Victor served as a criminal law division leader in the Community Legal Aid Services Programme, where he routinely advocated for clients before the Ontario Court of Justice.
