Vernon B. Hearn

Vern Hearn grew up in Evanston, a small village in Cape Breton, and his love of small communities has shaped his life and his law practice. He attended St. Francis Xavier University for his undergraduate degree, a BBA in Information Systems, and went on to law school at Dalhousie University.
