Toby McDonald obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1975 and has been practicing law in St. John’s since his call to the Bar in Newfoundland the subsequent year. He is a Queen’s Counsel and a recipient of the Law Society’s Gordon M. Stirling Distinguished Service Award.
