Timothy J. Young Associate Lawyer

Tim currently practices in a wide variety of areas of law with special interests in Corporate and Commercial Law, Construction Law, Employment Law, Residential Real Estate, and Civil Litigation. In his Corporate and Commercial Law practice, Tim has experience drafting and litigating commercial contracts, incorporating companies, and advising shareholders and directors with respect to their legal obligations. Tim’s practice in Employment Law is similarly broad, and he regularly provides advice to both employers and employees to solve legal problems that arise in the workplace.
