Tim Stodalka

Tim was born and raised in southwestern Saskatchewan. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1978 with his Bachelor of Law Degree and was admitted to the Bar of Saskatchewan in 1979. The main focus of Tim’s practice is family law including divorce and separation, custody and access, spousal and child support, and matrimonial property resolution. Tim also deals with general civil litigation, personal injury, oil and gas, and criminal law. Tim is a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
