Snober Naz

Snober Naz, a graduate from Punjab University obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law, L.L.B, before attaining Bachelor’s of Arts Degree, B.A, from the same institution and successfully accomplished the ITLP program from University of Toronto. Snober Naz was Call to the Bar in Ontario and is doing practice as Barrister and Solicitor. Naz, since 2004, worked as a Facilitator at various Governmental Organizations and NGOS’ in Ontario and conducted strategic planning, and professional development sessions with the support and advocacy, helped set goals and strategies, educated about Legal issues, and Special development, providing legal advice to the community who have experienced domestic violence. She has honed her skills and knowledge in Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Estate Litigation. Naz believes firmly in resolving disputes without ever having to step foot in a court room. She strives to ensure that her clients fully understand the issues they are faced with. While in legal practice, Naz is passionate about providing clients with Alternate Dispute Resolution options where possible. She also provides family mediation and parenting coordination services to families who choose to resolve their disputes outside of the court process. Legal representation in Contested and Uncontested Divorce Applications, Domestic Contracts, Affidavits, Issues related to Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support, and Property Division. She has been involved in resolving variety of family law issues ranging from parenting arrangements and support to division of property.
