Shene Harris Partner

Shene Harris is a Partner in Ross & McBride LLP’s Litigation Group, whose practice focuses  on commercial litigation and construction disputes. Shene has experience assisting clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including contract, shareholder, tenancy and property disputes, in addition to construction liens, insurance coverage matters, occupiers’ liability and general negligence claims. Shene has represented clients at mediation and arbitration, and has appeared  before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and other adjudicative bodies on a variety of matters.  Whether it is through litigation, mediation or arbitration, Shene is committed to achieving the best possible results for her clients, and strives to find creative and cost-effective solutions.
