Sean Schaefer Lawyer Co-Founder

Sean is a co-founder of TC Family Law Group and Demas Schaefer LLP where he practices family law, divorce law, and in wills and estates. In addition, Sean is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator who has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta. Sean has developed a reputation as a no-nonsense negotiator who puts his client’s interests first. Sean has successfully negotiated settlements and successfully litigated for his clients in complex matters with businesses and millions of dollars at issues. Adoptions are close to Sean’s heart. Being adopted himself, Sean takes great pride in assisting his client’s with direct placement adoptions. He has also appeared in Harris County, Texas before the District Court as an expert on Alberta Adoption Law.
