Sean Montague

Sean Montague received his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004 from Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law and was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2006. Sean has a thriving litigation practice focusing on both Family Law and Criminal Law. For more than 17 years, Sean has successfully represented hundreds of clients and has appeared before all levels of court in the province including the Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador General Division, the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador Family Division, and the Provincial Court of Newfoundland Labrador. He has also represented clients in numerous administrative tribunals across the province. In addition to his work as a trial lawyer, Sean also has extensive experience with dispute resolutions and negotiating settlements before they proceed to court.
