Riley M. Moss

Riley Moss was called to the NL bar in 2003. Since then, she has practiced in all areas of Newfoundland and Labrador at all levels of court, having been in private practice, mediation, and public service. Her expertise includes over twenty years in family law, including a specialized practice in child protection. She has additional training in mediation, collaborative practice, trauma-informed practice, and restorative justice. Riley has worked with clients experiencing mental health and addictions issues who are among the most vulnerable clients involved in the court system. She has acted for clients in Mental Health Court, and before Provincial Mental Health Care and Treatment Act review panels and the Federal Review Board (for those who are found unfit to stand trial or not criminally responsible).
