With over a decade's worth of real estate experience as a Realtor®, Broker, Barrister, Solicitor, and Ex-Mortgage Agent Ricky Rathore is an entrepreneur, leader, and visionary. At the age of 18 and as a young Professional, Ricky achieved RE/MAX's 100% Club - a highly coveted award, having sold over 40 properties and earning over $225,000 in commissions and in his first year as a Salesperson. Ricky’s career took him to Century 21 where he continued his success obtaining various awards while simultaneously completing an undergraduate in Business Management. Ricky holds many designations and accolades most notably the FRI (Fellowship of the Real Estate Institute). According to Realty Connect, The FRI designation is the longest standing achievement in the Real Estate profession in Canada. It is awarded to less than 10% of all real estate professionals in recognition of their individual effort, commitment, training and ethics conduct. Today, as a Barrister, Solicitor, Notary Public, and Broker/Owner, Ricky appreciates the Real Estate Transaction from a perspective that most lawyers cannot. Having sold over $60,000 million in Real Estate to date, and having closed over 650 deals in 2016/2017 as a lawyer, Ricky brings a bounty of knowledge and experience and has attracted a following.
