Rick E. Howarth partner

Rick has over 23 years of experience in the field of Family Law and has appeared at every level of court in Alberta. A partner since 1994, Rick is experienced in all family matters including separation and divorce, division of matrimonial property, custody, child support and spousal support. In addition, Rick appears on behalf of both the Director of Employment and Income Supports and the Director of Maintenance Enforcement. Rick is also a member of the Collaborative Lawyers Association of Central Alberta. Rick appears in both Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
