Richard Mark Petty

Mark Petty was called to the Bar in 2003 and opened Petty Law Office. While primarily focused in all aspects of family law, Mr. Petty also has experience in other areas of the law, including pensions, bankruptcy, and child protection. When not working, Mr. Petty can most likely be found cycling along the quiet back roads of Eastern Ontario and Upstate New York. In the office, Mr. Petty is assisted by Joanne McAlpine. Joanne (mostly known as Jo) is likely the person who will handle your intake. Jo has been working with Mr. Petty since September 2011 and is an excellent resource regarding information about not-for-profit organizations in Kingston and surrounding area.
