Rebbecca Phillips Lawyer

Rebbecca is a personal injury lawyer with the firm. Rebbecca was born in Oakville, Ontario and while growing up she lived in both Oakville and Hamilton. After completing her High School education, her passion and dedication to helping the vulnerable, especially children, led her to living and volunteering in Huancayo, Peru. Rebbecca began her postsecondary education at Queen’s University. During her time at Queen’s, Rebbecca worked at Four Directions Indigenous Student Centre, and was on the Dean’s Honour List. A lecture from a visiting lawyer inspired her to pursue a legal education. Rebbecca obtained her LL.B. from the University of Kent located in the historic city of Canterbury, England. In her final year, she completed a thesis that earned a first-class grading. Prior to her Call to the Bar, Rebbecca also worked as a Court Monitor. In this role, she saw first-hand what an injury victim’s experience is, and plaintiff civil litigation as a way to help the vulnerable. Rebbecca was Called to the Bar in 2017, and is a member of The Law Society of Ontario, The Hamilton Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
