Paul Elash

Paul was admitted to the Bar in Saskatchewan in 1978 and in Manitoba in 1982. He has extensive experience in oil & gas, corporate and commercial matters, wills and estates, tax planning and litigation. He has appeared in every level of Court in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. He has also appeared before various tribunals such as the Surface Rights Boards in both provinces, the Labour Relations Board and labour arbitration tribunals. He is particularly experienced in oil and gas issues affecting private landowners and mineral owners. He is currently the City Solicitor for the City of Estevan and is active in community affairs and professional development.
