Patrick J. Rykes Partner

Patrick is a skilled litigator and has successfully represented clients across many Manitoba industries and areas of litigation. He has significant experience litigating commercial disputes and disputes in the construction industry, including builder’s lien disputes. He has developed an in-depth understanding of the complexities of various stakeholder arrangements, and the potential need for litigation throughout all stages of a project. Patrick has appeared before the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench and the Manitoba Court of Appeal. In addition, Patrick has assisted clients with mediations and arbitrations, and appeared before numerous adjudicative bodies in Manitoba, including Small Claims Court, the Land Value Appraisal Commission, the Residential Tenancies Branch and the Residential Tenancies Commission (appeal division).
