Noah J. Ross

Noah was born in Victoria, BC and has lived for most of his life in British Columbia in the West Kootenays and on Vancouver Island. He obtained an Honours Bachelor degree with distinction in Political Science and a Masters Degree in Political Science with a specialization in Cultural, Social and Political Thought from the University of Victoria.
