Nicole Sawchuk Lawyer

Nicole is actively involved in her legal community and community at large. Nicole has been a volunteer with the Law Society of Saskatchewan by serving as a facilitator for televised seminars for over 15 years. Nicole is a Certified Development Volleyball Coach for girls’ volleyball, and also sits on the Board of Directors for the Prince Albert Volleyball Association. In November 2020, Nicole became a board member with the Saskatchewan Volleyball Association. Nicole has almost 20 years experience in Family Law, Municipal Law, Real Estate, Wills & Estates and Civil Litigation. Nicole is certified as both a Mediator and Arbitrator. She is recognized pursuant to section 44.01 under The Queen's Bench Act as a recognized family mediator and a family law arbitrator. Nicole’s approach to law is based on ensuring her clients feel comfortable in relaying their issues to her, which are achieved by her down to earth approach and grounded values. Nicole provides honest advice, tailored to meet her clients’ needs in a timely fashion. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2001 from the University of Saskatchewan and returned to her home town of Prince Albert to complete her articles and practice law. Nicole has been practicing in Prince Albert since her call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2002. Nicole serves clients in the Prince Albert and surrounding area and has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan: Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
