Nick Melchiorre

Nick’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law. He has acted for several types of private and public entities in a variety of complex commercial transactions, including financing and real estate development. Like the firm, Nick is a big supporter of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University and assists it by being a sessional lecturer teaching the legal topics of mining, forestry and energy.
