Melanie L. Duggan Partner

Melanie grew up in British Columbia but moved to the United States to complete her undergraduate and law degrees in Tennessee. During law school she was a member of the Moot Court Board and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She then practiced law in California for several years before returning permanently to B.C., where she joined Johns Southward. Melanie is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Victoria Bar Association. Outside of the office, she currently serves as Chair on the Board of Directors for the Victoria Child Abuse Prevention and Counseling Centre.
