Matthew S. Both Partner

Matthew is a civil litigator and condominium/strata lawyer. He is experienced in a broad range of matters, including business disagreements; real estate, strata, and construction disputes; insurance claims; bankruptcy and insolvency matters; estate claims; employment and labour issues; and matters of professional regulation and discipline. Matthew has appeared before the superior and provincial courts of both British Columbia and Alberta, and has represented clients before various administrative tribunals, including the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, British Columbia Civil Resolution Tribunal, British Columbia Residential Tenancy Branch, College of Alberta Psychologists, and Alberta Insurance Council. In addition, he has provided counsel at arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.
