Martha P. Musuka Partner

Martha's areas of practice are family law, including legal separations, divorce actions, pre-nuptial agreements, spousal and cohabitation agreements, child custody and child support disputes, spousal support disputes, and resolving the division of family property. Martha also practices in the areas of civil litigation, wills, estates, immigration law and real estate. Martha joined McRoberts Law Office LLP in 2009. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree LL.B. from the University of London, England, and a Masters Degree in Laws LL.M. from the University of Nottingham, England. Martha was called to the bar in New Zealand in 2005 and practiced law in that jurisdiction before immigrating to Manitoba. Martha attended the University of Manitoba Law School at Robson Hall and was called to the Bar in Manitoba in 2009.
