Mark Rappaport

Mark is a Principal Lawyer and a member of the Business Law Group in our Victoria office. He is an entrepreneur at heart and known for having a practical, business-focused approach to solving his clients’ legal issues.  Mark’s work style is open, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. Mark’s practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate, leasing, financing and development, as well as general corporate, commercial, and business transactions. His clients include privately held companies, societies, not-for-profits, and First Nations’ economic development entities.
