Manjot S. Heer

Manjot Singh Heer obtained his LL.B from Kingston University London, and his LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Manjot completed his articles in Toronto before joining Foisy & Associates in Mississauga as a Litigation Lawyer. The first five years of his career were devoted to representing some of society’s most vulnerable individuals against the largest insurance companies in the province. Following an incredibly rewarding tenure with Foisy & Associates, things came full circle for Manjot when he founded Heer Legal in Brampton – a city he had called home his entire life. With deep roots in the Region of Peel, Manjot represents a variety of clients spanning from individuals to large corporations. His practice focuses solely on Real Estate Law, and encompasses both residential and commercial real estate transactions. He diligently represents his clients on all aspects of purchases, sales, and mortgage refinancing. Over the course of his career, Manjot has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and numerous tribunals. He has carved out a reputation for being a knowledgeable, compassionate, and fierce advocate.
