M. Elka Zagazeta Garcia

M. Elka Zagazeta Garcia received her Bachelor in Science from the University of Toronto in June 2000 and obtained her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, USA in 2005. She completed accreditation proceedings through the National Committee of Accreditation in Ottawa (NCA). Elka worked and articled in a multidisciplinary firm in North York with an emphasis in family and civil litigation. She co-founded Zagazeta Garcia LLP. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and Peel Law Association. Elka is also a member of the American Bar Association.
