Bruce is a true local, being rooted in the community back several generations to the United Empire Loyalists. Following the retirement of his partner, Bill Sirman, Bruce took over sole ownership and management of the office. He has helped thousands of clients of all ranges from Municipalities, Golf Courses, Churches, Corporations, Partnerships and Individuals.
