Kate Kahn

Kate practices exclusively in the areas of labour and employment law. Kate primarily advises and represents employers but will also advise and represent employees when doing so will not conflict with her obligations to her employer clients.  Kate assists and guides her employer clients and their managers and HR personnel in all areas of law related to the workplace, including hiring, firing, performance management, discipline, policies and procedures, human rights, health and safety, training, and workplace investigations. Kate assists her clients in managing workplace crises in real time with a view to obtaining timely resolutions and minimizing the employer’s legal and financial risk.
