Kaity Yang, B.A. (Hon.), J.D.

Kaity grew up in Guelph and received her Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree from Queen’s University. She subsequently obtained her law degree in 2012 from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Bar in 2013. Prior to joining Kotak Law, Kaity worked as an Associate for a Hamilton boutique personal injury firm where she honed her skills and knowledge in automotive insurance law and other disability and insurance litigation. Kaity understands the importance of ensuring timely resolution of actions, and ensuring that client needs are always listened to. She represents her clients before the courts and administrative tribunals.
