John Beckman, Q.C. Of Counsel

John Beckman, Q.C. was called to the Bar in 1977, admitted as a Partner in 1980, and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1987. He transitioned to Of Counsel in 2018. Mr. Beckman has extensive experience acting as Counsel in complex commercial and contractual disputes, Professional Negligence, Labour Law, Tax and First Nations Litigation. He has appeared as Counsel before numerous Arbitration Boards, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Saskatchewan, the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
