Jeffrey articled with Bernard LLP, joined the firm as an associate in July of 2020 and became a partner in January of 2025. He practices in the firm’s Business Law Group, assisting clients with a range of corporate and commercial matters including private M&A, corporate finance and corporate governance. Recently, Jeffrey has focused his practice on M&A transactions involving marine-based assets such as water lot leases and vessels.
