Jean-François Brouillard

Jean-François Brouillard, managing partner at the Drummondville office, has been practicing law for 23 years. He specializes in litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and the negotiation and drafting of various types of trade agreements. Over the years he has represented a wide range of clients before all types of tribunals. In particular, he has represented numerous companies in the negotiation of commercial and industrial agreements and partnerships. Jean-François is highly skilled in drafting contract clauses to protect intellectual property for manufacturing companies, among others. He has also maintained a strong general litigation practice primarily in construction, agricultural, and property law.
