Jacqueline X. Cane

Ms. Cane studied undergraduate biological sciences at McGill University and volunteered overseas with Canadian Crossroads International in Indonesia before entering the University of Calgary Law School in 1997. Since being called to the bar in 2001, Ms. Cane has practiced personal injury law and acts solely on behalf of seriously injured British Columbians. Jacqueline applies her science knowledge to advocate on behalf of clients for comprehensive treatment, thorough medical assessments, and to secure expert opinions to advance the client’s claim and case. A trial lawyer with an empathetic approach towards clients, in negotiations, she is focused on achieving the best outcome. Jacqueline has appeared in the Supreme Court of British Columbia on both jury and judge-alone trials.
