Hassan Chaudhary

Hassan is the former firm chair and a partner in the business law and real estate law practice groups. Hassan’s business-law practice involves the purchase and sale of businesses, financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers, corporate reorganizations in addition to corporate and commercial contractual arrangements. Hassan’s real estate law practice involves acting for both developers and municipalities in land-use planning matters, buyers and sellers in commercial and residential transactions and landlords and tenants in commercial leasing-related matters. Hassan also maintains a municipal law practice, in which he routinely provides representation to municipalities on a wide-array of matters.
